Thomas Maroney predominantly focuses his practice on general liability, premises liability, construction, hospitality, Dram Shop, wrongful death, and transportation. Thomas has experience representing commercial real estate owners, food and beverage clients, general contractors, construction managers, and subcontractor entities. Additionally, Thomas spent several years at a global insurance company where he handled professional liability claims across multiple lines of business, including lawyers, accountants, insurance agents and brokers, broker/dealer, and real estate agents.
