Biography

Gayle is a Complex Claims Manager, in the Complex Construction Defect Claims Unit at National Claim Services. Gayle has more than 16 years of insurance claim experience including Commercial General Liability, Umbrella/Excess, Wrap and Construction Defect. She is responsible for managing Construction Defect claims that are complex in nature involving coverage issues, Wrap policies, contractual issues and high exposures. Many of the claims require high levels of reporting to reinsurers and underwriting and requests for significant settlement authority. Prior to joining NCS, Gayle worked at various TPA’s handling construction defect and general liability claims across the country. She also worked as a paralegal for a law firm specializing in construction defect litigation and then worked for an architectural expert prior to transferring to insurance claims handling.
