Chelsea Pyasetskyy

Biography

Chelsea leads the third party insurance defense and PIP litigation practice at Thenell Law Group. Before joining Thenell Law Group, Chelsea practiced in Nevada at a busy insurance defense firm and developed an active practice representing personal and commercial lines insurers, policyholders, and the self-insured in auto and transportation accident cases; products liability; asbestos litigation; premises liability; and insurance bad faith and coverage litigation. Chelsea has significant experience in both written and oral advocacy, including broad knowledge of written discovery, depositions, discovery and dispositive motion practice. Through hard work and passionate representation, she has reached numerous favorable resolutions for her clients through informal settlement negotiations, mediations, settlement conferences, and binding and non-binding arbitrations.

Chelsea graduated from the William S. Boyd School of Law in 2009 and is licensed in Oregon, Nevada, and Washington. She was listed as one of Southern Nevada’s top attorneys in Nevada Business Magazine’s 2013 listing of "Legal Elite." Outside the office, Chelsea enjoys travelling, reading, gardening, and enjoying the great outdoors.
