Dominican University 2011- presentJoann has been teaching courses as an adjunct professor at Dominican University in River Forest, IL in the Political Science Department for the past four years. Her courses include political science courses in Environmental Administration and Law, Environmental Politics and Introduction to Legal Reasoning as well as Natural Science courses in Understanding the Environment and Earth Science.Resolute Management 2014- PresentAt Resolute Joann manages complex environmental and asbestos type claims in mass tort litigation. From initial coverage determination through site closure Joann manages claims involving primary, excess and umbrella coverage. Interface and coordinate with peer carriers in executing and evaluating liability and allocation of loss.United Service Companies 2011-2014Joann worked with the payroll services team managing fourteen locations in five states for complex wage matters. All aspects of wages, garnishments, deductions and unemployment claims were handled.
