Biography
Sam Terzich is the Executive Vice President of Western Litigation Inc. (WL), a division of Gallagher Bassett. He is the Practice Leader for the GB Specialty group. WLI manages specialty claims that arise from a number of lines of business including product liability, cyber, environmental, pollution, and product recall.
Mr. Terzich has been in the claim industry over 25 years and has a background in all types of liability claims. His experience includes excess & surplus lines, reinsurance, and third-party administration on a nationwide basis.
Sam began his career at WL in 2016. He is a member of WL’s senior management team and is involved in claim operations, business development, and compliance. Sam directly manages claims for clients who have complex claim issues that require his level of experience.
