Biography
Marc Milano serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for the BB&T Premium Finance line of business. Based at AFCO’s New York office on Wall Street, he oversees the Legal Team serving stakeholders of AFCO Credit Corp., CAFO, Inc. and Prime Rate Premium Finance Corporation.
Mr. Milano joined the Premium Finance group from AIG Investments in New York where he served as Associate General Counsel handling mostly legacy financial crisis and life settlements litigation. Prior experience includes A.I. Credit Corp., where he was Senior Vice President and General Counsel, and private practice as a bankruptcy and litigation attorney with Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP in New York.
Mr. Milano is licensed to practice law in both the Federal and State Courts of New York and New Jersey, and he has been admitted pro hac vice in numerous Federal Courts throughout the United States.
