Biography
Doug Marshall graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Design and a concentration in photojournalism. Doug is the founder of Marshall Investigative Group, Inc. and has been investigating claims for over 30 years. Doug has been a guest speaker at TIDA, the Chicago TLA, Saint Louis Claims Manager, TLP & SA and USLAW Conferences. Marshall Investigative Group, Inc. specializes in insurance fraud investigations providing coverage throughout the United States. Doug always believed that to have success as an investigative company you need a staff from diverse backgrounds such as criminal justice, information technology, the arts, business and engineering so they can share their knowledge with others in the firm. This information network of people develops a better investigator capable of completing a variety of cases.
