With over two decades of experience in workers' compensation claims, I currently serve as Senior Vice President of Claims, Western Region at CorVel Corporation. My role focuses on driving claims quality, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and fostering technology adoption across the region. Collaborating with General Managers, Claims Managers, and regional leaders, I aim to optimize claims handling, enhance outcomes, and strengthen team performance. Leveraging my expertise in neuroscience, claims operations and program management, I integrate strategic innovation and neuroleadership principles to create psychologically safe environments that empower teams to excel.
