Ryan Klee

Biography

Ryan Klee is a partner at Drew Eckl & Farnham, LLP and focuses his practice on the defense of workers' compensation claims. He guides risk managers, human resource managers, third party administrators (TPAs), and claims adjusters in developing a plan to resolve and close files quickly and efficiently. He has personally handled all aspects of workers' compensation claims, representing clients from the trial level through the appeals process, as well as engaging in settlement mediations. Ryan has particular experience with the trucking industry, health care service providers, manufacturers, retailers, employee leasing companies and the hospitality industry. He received his Juris Doctor from Vermont Law School, cum laude, and his Bachelor of Science from the University of Georgia. While in law school, he clerked for the Honorable Reggie B. Walton, U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
