Biography

I have worked in insurance and investigations/ security for over 20yrs specializing in Transportation, Cargo/ Logistics, commercial vehicle investigations, contractor's equipment, Inland/ Ocean Marine related thefts, security and loss prevention, internal corporate investigations, multiple levels of surveillance, executive protection and entertainment security. I have previously and continue to develop specialized programs (Co-inventor US Patented Process) and projects related to custom risk/ loss mitigation and improved risk selection.

I have excellent leadership skills and years of experience managing teams both embedded or remote. I have years of experience in presentation, group instruction and public speaking as well as administration of training and development programs. I am an acredited CE instructor in multiple states and regularly conduct educational seminars for clients and agents.

I have worked with Travelers for 13yrs heading the Inland marine Specialty Investigations unit within Travelers Investigative Services and continue to develop this program and service for Travelers and it's clients and partners.

I work closely with underwriting to accurately determine theft risk potential of new and current accounts and train underwriters regarding specific perils. I work closely with accounts to improve their theft prevention techniques, policies and procedures. The combined results of these efforts have consistently had significant positive impact on results.

I possess strong project management skills and have built multiple programs from the ground up.
