Sanjay Bansal

Biography

Sanjay Bansal concentrates his practice in the areas of labor and employment law.  Mr. Bansal has litigated in California State Court, United States District Court in the Central, Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts, as well as the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit and the United States Tax Court. He has also litigated in administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and California Labor Commission.

Complementing his employment practice, Mr. Bansal’s other areas of practice include business litigation, professional liability defense, real estate (litigation and transactions), trade secret litigation and intellectual property issues.

Mr. Bansal has been in the United States Army Reserve since 2009 and has received the National Defense Service Medal and Army Service Ribbon along with other awards.  He was promoted to the rank of Captain in 2011, served overseas in Germany, and has defended actions across the United States.
While attending law school, Mr. Bansal worked full-time in the field of finance. In addition to being a licensed attorney, Mr. Bansal is also a licensed Real Estate Broker and Notary in the State of California.
