Biography

Retried Workers Compensation Commissioner Donald H. Doyle, Jr., a retired State of Connecticut, Workers’ Compensation Commissioner.  He has served on various committees such as; Workers’ Compensation Commission Claims, Committee, 2001 – 2010; Workers’ Compensation Commission Bench Book Committee, 2008 – 2010; Compensation Review Board Panel Member; Connecticut Judicial Review Council, 1997 – 2010; Connecticut Bar Association Continuing Education Faculty; Admitted to the U.S. District Court for District of Connecticut, June 9, 1980; and Admitted to the Connecticut Bar on May 19, 1980
 
He received his education from the University Of Bridgeport School Of Law in June 1980; he has worked with DHD Solutions a Consulting and Expert Witness Service; Litigation Alternatives in West Hartford; State of CT Workers’ Compensation Commission; State of CT Department of Insurance and the State of Ct Office of the Chief’s State’s Attorney and prior to that with the law firm of Doyle, Austin & Heagney in Essex, CT.  A general practice of law with concentration in Real Estate, Family Law, Employment Discrimination and Tort Law.
