Paul Amirata

Biography

Paul A. Amirata has over 25 years’ experience in the insurance industry and private litigation practice. He is currently the senior vice president of general liability claims for Enstar (US), Inc. where he manages over 2500 construction defect claims. Prior to working at Enstar, Paul was the chief operating officer of Amirata Claims Consulting, LLC (“ACC”). ACC provided complete insurance business processing and consulting on all types of risks and exposures.

Paul was previously the head of claims for AXA Insurance Company in New York where he oversaw all of AXA Corporate Solutions domestic claims; the majority being property and casualty. Previously, he was an Assistant Vice President of RiverStone Claims Management LLC in Manchester, NH for over seven years. His responsibilities included overseeing the construction defect claims department. Paul is well respected in the industry and routinely gets asked to speak at industry conferences and seminars, was quoted in The Wall Street Journal and made television appearances on Bloomberg News.
