Biography
Alicia is a claims coordinator working out of Lockton Northeast’s Philadelphia office. In this position, she focuses on servicing the claims needs of clients by empowering them to have a voice in resolving their claims, advocating for them on difficult or significant claims, consulting and providing guidance on their claim program, and training and providing educational materials to facilitate a comprehensive understanding of the claim process. She also partners with senior Lockton consultants to assist in providing a seamless claim servicing experience for clients.
Alicia’s five years of data analytics experience enables her to apply a detail-oriented approach to her clients’ claim servicing needs. She leverages six years of previous experience training internal colleagues to create comprehensive educational materials for clients to anticipate questions they may have concerning their claim program, including claim reporting and state-specific overviews. Her expertise spans a range of insurance specialties, including P&C, commercial, and liability insurance, as well as claims and claims management
Alicia joined Lockton in 2017.
