Biography

Geoffrey Lutz is an attorney who practices in the areas of construction defect litigation, premises liability, first party litigation, subrogation, and other complex litigation. Mr. Lutz has handled massive multiparty litigation cases concerning complex litigation matters from construction defect to mass tort product liability. He has represented individuals and companies of various sizes.

Mr. Lutz swam and attended the Bolles School locally in Jacksonville. He then attended Yale University where he was a varsity swimmer. Finally, he attended The Levin School of Law at University of Florida, from where he graduated Cum Laude.

Mr. Lutz was admitted to the Bar in 2006, and is admitted to practice law in all Florida state courts, the U.S. District Court of Florida for the Middle District and the Northern District.
