Biography
Hilary High graduated from FSU (B.A. ’95; J.D. ’98) and joined the Florida Bar in 1998. She worked at Hill Ward Henderson for 14 years handling insurance defense cases and insurance coverage and commercial disputes. In 2012, she opened a full-time mediation firm and has since mediated almost 1,000 cases throughout Florida. Hilary has significant experience mediating catastrophic injury, wrongful death, long term care/ALF liability, medical malpractice and other personal injury cases, sinkhole cases and appeals. She is past two-term chair of the Hillsborough County Bar Association Mediation & Arbitration Section, and has written articles and spoken about mediation to various groups. Hilary is an invited member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals and the FL Circuit Civil Mediator Society. She has been Martindale-Hubbell AV peer review rated since 2006. She is certified to mediate circuit-civil and appellate cases throughout Florida and federal cases in the Middle District of Florida.
