Biography
Mr. Dunagan is an AV rated attorney and has been Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1992. He has handled a wide variety of personal injury matters including wrongful death, automobile and truck accident, premises liability, employer (non-subscriber) negligence, and workplace violence cases.
His clients include a multistate convenience store chain, nationwide grocery store chain, multi-state dairy company, insurance companies, other smaller companies and individuals.
Mr. Dunagan graduated with honors from Navarro College, and with high honors from the University of Texas at Austin. He obtained his law degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 1985.
Mr. Dunagan is licensed by the Texas Supreme Court to practice in all Texas state courts, and has been admitted to practice in all four Districts of the United States District Courts in Texas.
On a personal note, Mr. Dunagan enjoys ranch work, hunting, wildlife conservation and traveling with his wife, Gina. He loves listening to authentic country music, dancing at honkytonks, going to festivals, reading murder mysteries and watching sunrises and sunsets with his wife. He is the proud father of two sons, Cal and Daniel.
