Biography
Laurie C. Frey is the Manager of the Worker’s Compensation Program for Kohl’s. In her role, she manages all work-related claims that
occur across the entire Company—in all 1,155 stores, 13 distribution buildings, and 6 Corporate buildings for a total of 140,000+
associates. She has been with Kohl’s for almost three years. Prior to Kohl’s, Laurie was a worker’s compensation defense attorney in
the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area.
