Biography

Christopher Grosso is a VP, Senior Claim Consultant for Conner Strong & Buckelew. He assists clients with all aspects of the claim process. He is responsible for receiving, analyzing, and submitting claims to the insurance carrier, and acting as a liaison for our Select market of business. Although his specialty is property, he has experience handling all lines of business. Grosso provides coverage analysis, advice and direction, and assists in negotiations with the insurance carrier and monitoring open claims. He works closely with the client to ensure the carrier’s claim representative delivers prompt, fair claims handling, and also assists clients with their internal claim management efforts, including conducting comprehensive claim reviews. He also acts as the client’s advocate in dispute resolution.

Grosso has held a New Jersey producer’s license for three years. Prior to his position at Conner Strong & Buckelew in 2004, he was with Hartford Steam Boiler Insurance, an AIG company, for four years.
