Biography
Michelle Villarreal is the president and owner of 1-2-1 Claims, a Third Party Administrator for self-insured workers compensation and work injury benefit programs.
1-2-1 Claims is a certified woman owned business offering services in English and Spanish. They have offices in El Paso and San Antonio.
While attending St. Mary’s University of San Antonio Michelle Villarreal she displayed her dedication and passion by working at Cigna Companies. She has since acquired 20 years experience in the insurance industry. She has been an active member of, and has served on the board of the San Antonio Claims Association, and is a member of the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber, the Texas Alliance of Non-Subscribers, and Texas PRIMA. In 2007 she was a Micro to Millions Award Recipient and in 2008 she was the Ford Tribute to Innovative Business Women Recipient.
1-2-1 Claims is a Certified Education provider for the Texas Department of Insurance and today offers a program entitled “What Would you do Claims Edition”
