Biography
Mr. Hernandez joined the Firm in 1992, and became a shareholder in 1998. He works out of the Firm’s Coral Gables office, and handles matters involving general liability, including premises liability, negligent security, medical negligence, property damage, construction defects and auto negligence. He has received a Martindale-Hubbell® AV Peer Review Rating, and has been voted a “Top Lawyer” in the South Florida Legal Guide.
