Biography

Peri Rose Huston-Miller began practicing law in 2009 litigating complex construction litigation and other professional liability matters in Florida.

She has over a decade of experience handling complex commercial litigation, large-dollar construction defect claims, defense of architects and engineers, insurance coverage claims, contract disputes and contract review and drafting.

Ms. Huston-Miller graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2003 receiving her B.A. in Philosophy and Psychology. Ms. Huston-Miller earned her law degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center, where she served as an Editor on the Nova Law Review.

Ms. Huston-Miller has successfully handled many high-profile lawsuits in state and federal court and has consistently achieved positive results through trial, arbitration and settlement. She was honored to be named in the 2018 and 2019 Florida Super Lawyers for construction litigation.
