Biography
Scott B. Miller is a partner in the law firm of Hurley, Rogner, Miller, Cox & Waranch, P.A.
He represents employers, insurance carriers and TPA's in the defense of workers’ compensation claims, with a special focus on the health care, construction and retail sectors.
Mr. Miller received his undergraduate degree from Duke University in 1986 and his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law in 1989. He has been licensed to practice law in the State of Florida since 1989 and has been Florida Bar Board Certified since 1997. He holds an “AV” rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
Mr. Miller serves on the Board of the Florida Association of Self-Insureds (FASI) and is a certified instructor with the Division of Workers’ Compensation.
