Biography
Steve has 35+ years of experience managing Auto/GL/Property/W.C., P.L., Umbrella & Excess Claim teams and is located in Chicago, IL. He previously held roles at The Hartford, CNA and SAFECO before joining ERC/Swiss Re in 2003. In addition to leading Property & Casualty Claim Teams, Steve successfully led Subrogation Teams at CNA and SAFECO. As AVP of Claim Customer Service at CNA he was the link between Claim and Branch Underwriting Leaders as well as Large and National Account customers. In addition to experience within Claims, Steve was AVP of Strategic Sourcing for Claims at CNA within the Finance Department. Steve currently leads the Umbrella & Excess Claim Team in North America and is the Global Casualty Claim Practice Group Leader at Swiss Re Corporate Solutions.
