Biography
Ms. Graham graduated with a Bachelor of Business degree in Marketing from Western Illinois University. She is currently employed at Coverys in the Claims Department handling high risk exposure medical malpractice, general liability and excess claims. She was formerly employed at NORCAL Group and a variety of other Professional Liability Insurance Providers. She has presented at seminars, both locally and nationally, on a variety of claim and risk management topics. She has handled professional and general liability claims during her career for physicians, allied health providers, hospitals and long term care facilities.
