Biography
Zachary F. McCune is admitted to practice law in the state of Ohio and in the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio. He graduated from The University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2010. Zachary earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of Dayton in 2007. He joined Smith, Rolfes & Skavdahl as a law clerk in 2008 and continued on as an Attorney in 2010.
Zachary’s practice currently focuses on bad faith litigation, property and casualty defense, insurance coverage, and insurance fraud investigations. He is a member of The National Society of Professional Insurance Investigators (NSPII), Ohio Bar Association, and Cincinnati Bar Association.
