Biography
As Head of Claims and Litigation Strategy at CFI, I partner with insurers, self-insured organizations, and legal teams to rethink how claims are handled across the lifecycle—from early decision-making through resolution. Too often, claims are managed reactively—leading to rising costs, inconsistent outcomes, and missed opportunities to influence litigation early. The result is avoidable spend and unnecessary risk.
My focus is on:
• Reducing total cost of risk
• Improving claims and litigation outcomes
• Bringing structure and strategy to complex environments
I’ve spent my career working at the intersection of claims, legal, and business strategy, helping organizations navigate complexity and make better decisions when it matters most.
