Charles Alfonzo

Biography

Mr. Alfonzo’s practice is in civil litigation with an emphasis in environmental toxic tort litigation, product liability, complex litigation, and premises liability in both state and federal courts.  He specializes in the medical and scientific issues raised in environmental and personal injury litigation.  Mr. Alfonzo also negotiates and drafts commercial and residential leases on behalf of landlords and tenants, litigates issues surrounding lease disputes, represents landlords and tenants in residential and commercial unlawful detainer actions, represents homeowner associations and individual owners in disputes involving collections, construction, construction defects, breach of fiduciary duty and personal injury matters.
