Biography
Craig C. Livingston is currently employed as a Senior Claims Attorney with Tokio Marine HCC-Public Risk Group. He has been employed by Tokio Marine since 2014 working in all areas of municipal liability. This includes negligence claims, auto claims, civil rights claims, employment and land use issues. His employment with Tokio Marine followed 18 years with Travelers where he worked in the areas of workers’ compensation, subrogation, mass tort liability, and environmental claims. He has an additional 8 years of expience with both Kemper and Chubb.
