Biography
Nancy Strubler is the Director of Workers’ Compensation for National Express LLC. She joined National Express in March 2008 and is responsible for the oversight of the company’s workers’ compensation program and the supporting third party administrator. After spending nearly two decades working in the Risk & Insurance field for multimillion dollar insurance carriers, Nancy knows what truly drives complex claims from both the employer and insurance side.
Nancy holds a BA in Philosophy and a Masters in Human Resources from Aurora University.
In addition to her extensive experience, Nancy is an honored member of the Alliance of Women in Workers’ Compensation’s employer advisory board.
