Angela Lee

Biography

Angela Lee is the SVP, National Claims Director at Marsh McLennan Agency ("MMA"), where she provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the organization's national claims practice.  With a focus on enhancing claims management processes and advocacy, Angela drives initiatives that deliver improved client outcomes and claim operations nationally.  

Prior to her current role, Angela served MMA as Director of National Claims Operations, where she was instrumental in developing and implementing strategic plans to transform claims advocacy and service delivery.  As SVP, Regional Claims Director for the SE region, Angela demonstrated expertise in managing complex negotiations and resolving high stakes claims across P&C and specialty lines claim matters. 

With over twenty-three years of experience in claims, Angela is recognized as a leading industry authority in coverage analysis, claims management, policy interpretation, and advocacy.  Her career also includes roles at Travelers, Beazley, and WTW, where she tackled complex challenges and claims with specialized expertise and background management liability lines and cyber.  

Demonstrating a strong commitment and passion for diversity and inclusion, Angela co-founded the Asian American Insurance Network ("AAIN"), where she currently serves as the Board Vice Chairperson.  Her industry leadership and contributions have been honored with the Elite Women in Insurance Award from Insurance Business America and recognition as a Professional of the Year Finalist by CLM.
