Biography

Amir M. Kahana, Esq. is the managing partner of Kahana Feld and an AV Preeminent Rated business litigator and proven trial attorney. Mr. Kahana graduated from the University of Chicago Law School and focuses his practice on labor and employment defense, general business litigation, and shareholder and partnership disputes. Mr. Kahana has a long track record of success, including obtaining one of the largest jury verdicts in Orange County history and effectively defending hundreds of cases for business clients. Mr. Kahana began his career at Gibson Dunn and later worked at Paul Hasting before starting his own law firm in 2006 with an eye towards providing big-firm expertise at small-firm rates. As his firm grew he decided to seize the opportunity to create a purpose driven firm that focuses on culture, diversity and inclusion, and giving attorneys and legal professionals a happy place to pursue their careers in a supportive environment. Mr. Kahana graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison with a Bachelor of Arts. After finishing law school at the University of Chicago, Mr. Kahana moved to California to start his legal career. He now lives in Irvine with his spouse and three children. Mr. Kahana is active in his community, sitting on non-profit boards and volunteers his time through numerous organizations.
