Biography
Mark began his career with Great American Insurance in October of 2015 after spending 5 years at Liberty Mutual Insurance. Mark has experience handling a wide variety of claims including general liability, professional liability, auto, abuse, wrongful death, habitability, and complex coverage claims.
Mark earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Ohio University. He holds multiple professional designations related to the insurance industry, including his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU). In his current role as Senior Claims Technical Director, he manages a large portion of ligated files, claims with complex coverage issues, and high severity losses across multiple lines of business over all fifty states.
