Biography
Brad Levien has been practicing in the litigation field since 1995. He is proud to have helped found Murphy Sanchez on January 3, 2023. He sees clients as “partners” in litigation, and establishes communication early in the case to address all concerns and goals.
He has handled all types of tort defense matters at all phases for both insurance companies and self-insureds. Over the past twenty years, he has developed a subspecialty in the defense of self-insured retail, restaurant and hospitality clients. He has represented these national companies in the areas of general liability, commercial and landlord-tenant litigation, and also in the regulatory areas. He has been particularly successful in the prosecution and defense of cases involving indemnification agreements, additional insured clauses and coverage disputes.
Born and raised on Long Island and currently residing in Bellmore, Mr. Levien is married with two children. He enjoys golf, tennis, the New York Jets, the rest of the NFL, classic rock and spending time with his family.
