Biography
ilvia entered the risk industry with her project management role at Hermes Law, one of the leading edge insurance defense law firms in the U.S. She began by doing a deep dive of all processes and identifying areas for process improvement. This culminated in the sets of efficient workflows that are now at the core of ClaimDeck and which are continuously refined.
Silvia also led the complete digital transformation of the Hermes Law’s tech. In the process, she gathered extensive user and market knowledge. Ultimately, there was no tech out there that fit this powerful and niche market. This is where ClaimDeck was born.
Silvia has a Masters in Health Policy and a Masters in Business Administration from Yale University
