Biography
Sandra is a Property & Casualty Claims Consultant, Expert Witness, and the managing partner of Resolved SF, LLC in San Francisco California. Starting her career as a multi-line adjuster for State Farm in 1988, she has never looked back, and is now a full-time insurance nerd. Sandra’s extensive experience across a broad sector of the property and casualty insurance industry, combined with her experience in the fire and water restoration industry, gives her a unique perspective into the challenges that arise throughout the insurance claims process.
Sandra is a claims educator, speaking often on a wide variety of claim-related topics, and holds an appointment to the California Department of Insurance Curriculum Board. In her current capacity, Sandra provides strategic insight on the investigation, evaluation, and resolution of first-and-third party claims for both plaintiff and defense cases
