Monika Boswein is a Claims Consultant for ACUITY, a Mutual Insurance Company and has been with ACUITY since 1991.  Monika is responsible for Project Management, Policy Coverage Analysis, New Hire Training, Claim File Auditing and Medicare Compliance.  Monika has an Associate in General Insurance, Associate in Claims and  has earned the following designations through Arbitration Forums:  Certified Master Special Arbitrator, Certified Special Arbitrator (Auto Liability); Certified Special Arbitrator (General Liability), Certified Property Subrogation Arbitrator, Certified Automobile Subrogation Arbitrator, Certified Medical Payments Subrogation Arbitrator and Certified Uninsured Motorists Arbitrator.  She was also named Arbitration Forums’ Arbitrator of the Year in 2007 and 2008.  Monika recently earned her Certified Medicare Secondary Payer Professional designation through LASIE.
