Biography

Carol is a Managing Consultant within our Global Consulting practice.  Carol focuses her attention on the design, development, implementation and benchmarking of comprehensive casualty risk consulting projects.  Carol incorporates industry best practices with Aon’s global risk consulting proprietary cost mitigation strategies and tools to provide specialized services for clients in managing and reducing their overall cost of risk by not only examining the traditional elements of their insurance programs, but by going considerably beyond those elements to create an outcomes-focused, best practice-oriented approach to claims cost containment tailored to a company’s unique needs.  The goal is to positively influence individual outcomes and portfolio-wide results, both retrospectively for existing claims and prospectively for claims which have not yet occurred.
