Biography
Professor Henry M. Koffman, P.E., is the Director of the Construction Engineering and Management Program in the Viterbi School of Engineering's Civil and Environmental Engineering Department at the University of Southern California. He is a real estate land developer, licensed building contractor, and a registered Professional Engineer in the State of California. He has 30 years of real estate and engineering industry experience. He has served as an Expert Witness in many cases. He also serves as an Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association.
