Angela Taylor

Biography

Angela is currently Chief Diversity Officer at Cipriani & Werner, P.C. She has over 20 years of experience providing strategic guidance to law firms to assist with enhancing and strengthening their DEI efforts, improving hiring, promotion, and retention practices relative to diverse talent. Additionally, Angela serves as an advisor for insurance client services. In this role Angela is engaged in facilitating client relations.

Prior to this position, Angela was an Asst. VP and Manager, Legal Strategic Services Eastern Region at Liberty Mutual Insurance Company.  There, Angela was responsible for oversight and management of approved outside counsel panel law firms located in 15 states. Beyond her job responsibilities, Angela was an active member of the Legal Diversity and Inclusion Steering Committee and was a member and/or ally of several employee resource groups. 

Presentations include: - Presenter and Panelist for several sessions during Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM) annual meetings, subject matter included, DEI, litigation management, counsel panel management.

Panelist for Philadelphia Bar Association Women’s Rights and Civil Rights Committees.
