Biography
Jeremy Yingling began his career in the insurance industry on the P&C side 22 years ago. He has been with Gallagher Bassett for 20 of those years. He began at GB handling liability claims and was quickly promoted to Branch Manager in Youngstown, OH. Jeremy moved into Account Management in Atlanta, GA in 2001 managing a book of Workers Compensation and General Liability business made up of small and mid-sized employers in the southeast US. He went on to manage the WC and GL claims administration programs at GB for several large self insured clients, acquiring a truly diverse employer background in the process. Currently, Jeremy is the Director of WC Claims for Compass Group based in Charlotte, NC. Jeremy applies a creative, pragmatic approach with a heavy dose of data analytics to positively affect the WC Claims experience at Compass. He lives in Charlotte with his wife and three daughters.
