Biography
Carla Laracuente’s sixteen years of Compliance experience encompasses a myriad of functions including: environment scan, advertising review and implementation process redesign. As the Director of the Legislative Advisory Team for Group Benefits Compliance, her current role primarily focuses on environmental scan, corrective action plan remediation and advertising review. Carla graduated cum laude from Connecticut College with a Bachelor of Arts in Government and began her career at UnitedHealth Care and CIGNA before coming to The Hartford twelve years ago. Carla is also a Tri-Chair for The Hartford’s Hispanic Leadership Network and a member of the Professional Women’s Network.
