Chris Bray

Biography

Dr. Bray is an author, researcher and speaker. An authority in the fields of leadership, organizational development, change management, and performance management Dr. Bray has worked with and studied employees from Fortune 100 organizations to small startups. In his 16 year tenure in corporate America Dr. Bray worked for both Pfizer and Baxter Inc. As the Baxter Global Vice President for Organizational Development & Effectiveness Dr. Bray lead the global expansion of the sales, marketing and Gambro AQS Division globally. Dr. Bray was the founding Director of the Oklahoma State wide Organizational Leadership Degree Program where he started with four students and grew the program to over 200 students in less than two years. Dr. Bray graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a PhD in Organizational & Adult Development and after returning to Arizona earned a second PhD in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology (April 2016 Graduation). He also holds an M.B.A.Dr. Bray has published numerous articles and is the author of three books, his latest book Best Job Ever! Rethink Your Career, Redefine Rich, Revolutionize Your Life will be released March of 2016 by Wiley publishing.
