Biography

Ryan W. Baldino is an AV rated attorney and founding partner at Baldino Law, a firm that specializes in representing subcontractors and material suppliers in construction defect actions throughout California.  Ryan has represented public entities and school districts in numerous multimillion-dollar public works construction cases. He now focuses on representing subcontractors, material suppliers, insurance companies, and small business owners in legal disputes involving construction, insurance, personal injury, and general liability matters. Ryan's trial and arbitration experience include obtaining a defense verdict in a seven million dollar Civil Code section 896 class-action lawsuit against a window manufacturer in San Diego Superior Court; a defense verdict in a defense fees/ subrogation trial in Riverside Superior Court, and an Arbitration award of only warranty repairs in a thirteen million dollar construction defect case. Ryan obtained degrees in Sociology and Law and Society from the University of California, Riverside, and received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. Ryan currently serves as the Chairman of the Planning Commission for the City of El Segundo where he resides with his wife and two young sons.
