Biography
Alex Tievsky is an attorney at Edelson PC where he represents Thomas Robins, the plaintiff in Robins v. Spokeo. Edelson PC is a recognized leader in plaintiffs’ class and mass action litigation, with a special emphasis on technology and privacy cases. As part of the firm’s Issues & Appeals group, Alex litigates class actions on behalf of consumers in appellate courts nationwide.
