Mr. del Pino is well regarded for his accomplishments and expertise gained during his 30 years in the claims, litigation management, and legal administration fields at Verizon. With solid experience in both the self-insured environment followed by his tenure as the National Claims Manager for the Risk Management Claims insured program, Mr. del Pino has readily incorporated his experience into his work with clients in his current role.With past accountability for the total cost of claims, Mr. del Pino has a clear view of a client's expectations and needs with regard to reduction in hard dollars spent and soft dollars saved in productivity enhancements.
