Patrick Dowd is a senior partner at Dowd and Dowd, a mid-sized defense firm founded in 1950, specializing in civil defense litigation. The firm has satellite offices in Indiana and Wisconsin. Mr. Dowd specializes in catastrophic loss. He has 25 years experience handling cases in State and Federal courts throughout the United States.
