Biography
Gary Toth is Director of Claims Management for SODEXO, Inc. He and his team of professionals oversee all of the company’s property, casualty and other lines of insurance claims operations throughout North America. SODEXO is a global leader in providing Quality of Life Services, including food service and facility management solutions for hospitals, universities, schools, corporations and government customers. SODEXO is the 19th largest employer worldwide, with North American operations of over 130,000 employees, serving 15 million consumers daily at 13,000 locations and generating revenue of over $9bl in 2017. During Gary’s tenure, SODEXO successfully implemented various risk management & claim initiatives, including: Formal Return-to-Work policy / program, Post-Injury Drug and Alcohol Testing, Regular Claim Audit/Reviews/Closure Practice, Unit WC Claim Cost Allocation and Predictive Modeling.
