Biography
Kevin J. O'Toole is a nationally recognized litigator with an emphasis in environmental, toxic tort and complex litigation matters. Kevin has been retained by Fortune 500 companies to provide litigation strategy and risk management.
Kevin received his B.A. degree from Seton Hall University (1986) and his Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law (1989). He currently serves in the New Jersey Senate. During his previous post in the state Assembly, Mr. O'Toole held the posts of Deputy Republican Leader and Assistant Majority Leader.
