Kathleen Golden

Biography

Kate is a Managing Director and Senior Coverage Specialist for Marsh Inc. FINPRO, specializing in complex coverage and claims issues concerning cyber, directors and officers liability, professional liability, employment practices liability, and fiduciary liability insurance. Prior to joining Marsh, Kate practiced law, focusing on coverage counseling and litigation with respect to management liability lines. Kate has participated as a speaker, panelist, and/or organizer for a variety of industry and client events concerning coverage and claims matters. She received a J.D. degree from Albany Law School of Union University where, she served as a Note & Comment Editor for the Albany Law Review. She earned her B.A. from the State University of New York at Oneonta. Kate is a member of the Bar in the States of New York and Connecticut. She is a former Chair of the Committee on Insurance Law of the New York City Bar Association and also previously held the positions of Secretary and Chair of the Subcommittee on Legislation for that Committee.
